Nomad Flame warrants to the original purchaser of Nomad ovens & Grills, against material or processing defects such welding joints, mechanical joints, damaged bricks from date of purchase, proved by invoice, for 18 Months, when operated in accordance normal wear of the oven.


 Warranty is considered void in the following circumstances:

  1. Small defects
  2. Color alteration, corrosion and rust formation resulting from exposure to atmospheric agents or improper use of chemical products.
  3. Defects resulting from physical alteration, improper use or intentional damage, and is no longer in the same condition it was when it left the factory.
  4. Damages resulting from lack of regular maintenance or improper maintenance and repair.
  5. Damages caused by transport. (The shipping company should cover this damages)
  6. Damages arising from circumstances beyond our control.
  7. Normal thermometer, and refractory floor pieces.
  8. Damages resulting from professional use (in hotel, restaurant, events, etc.)
  9. Damages resulted from the exceeding of the limit temperature of 490 °C / 914 °F.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
